Your Life Onward works with select insurance plans. Before scheduling, we can help you understand whether your plan may include outpatient therapy benefits and whether your preferred clinician participates.
Benefits, deductibles, copays, and authorization requirements are determined by your plan. Verification helps you make an informed decision, but it does not guarantee payment.
Private pay
Another path to care.
Private-pay services are available for clients whose plan is not accepted, who prefer not to use insurance, or whose clinician does not participate with their plan. Payment options can be discussed before your first appointment.

Insurance participation can vary by clinician and by plan. Each clinician profile will clearly state their jurisdictions served, telehealth availability, and insurance participation, so clients can choose an informed starting point.
